Once you place an order with sole.lo℠, we ask for your name, delivery address, billing address, mobile phone number and e-mail address. We record this information so that we can administer current or past orders effectively. We also retain details of your orders and copies of any e-mail, social media or correspondence.  All stored data is used solely for these purposes.

How long do we store it

Unless otherwise instructed by you, we will retain your Personal Information for only as long as we require for the purposes for which it was collected. Once this has been satisfied, we will securely delete or anonymise your Personal Information. Sales records for accountancy are stored for 7 years.
